World Whisky Day at The Dome

Apr 8

1 min read

The Dome is celebrating World Whisky Day on Saturday 17 May, with a Highland Park whisky ‘experience’.

The event features a three-course dinner, with each course paired with a Highland Park single-malt whisky.

The evening begins at 7pm, with a welcome from a piper and a ‘heather highball’ – a combination of Highland Park, with heather-honey syrup, lime, sea salt and pink grapefruit soda, followed by haggis, neeps and tatties with peppercorn sauce, then glazed shin of beef with bone marrow, sourdough crumb, mini fondant potatoes and buttered Savoy cabbage. Dessert is cranachan, with Highland Park flavoured whipped cream, raspberry, toasted oats and shortbread.

Tickets, sold per table of two or four people, cost £80 per person and dress code is smart/casual.
