WanderWomen East Lothian retreat on 15-16 March
WanderWomen, which offers outdoor well-being experiences, is running an overnight retreat for women, in East Lothian, to celebrate the spring equinox.
The 12-space retreat is on 15-16 March and costs £365 per person. Attendees will be based at The Leddie Hotel in Aberlady, where they will have dinner, stay overnight and have breakfast the following morning.
The experience begins on Saturday afternoon, with introductions and herbal tea at the hotel, followed by a walk through Aberlady Bay Nature Reserve. Next, the group will head to the beach and create a fire to enjoy hot drinks by. Those who wish to can also have a swim in the sea.
Sunday starts with forest bathing in the woodlands of Gosford Estate, then the retreat comes to a close at 1pm.
Anna Neubert-Wood founded WanderWomen in 2018. She said: “Life is high-adrenaline, busy and loud. WanderWomen experiences are the antidote to that.”
Anna has plans for several more retreats in 2025, including one at a venue with a sauna and hot tubs, in the Lammermuir Hills.
