Revere expands its team and wins award

Edinburgh property agency, Revere, has announced the appointment of two new property professionals, Craig Lyons and Rebecca McDermott. This increases the size of the team to four, with plans to appoint two more property specialists in 2025.

Craig’s background is in property investment, focusing on property sourcing and the management of investment properties across Edinburgh. He will assist Revere’s investor clients looking to make informed, strategic property decisions and will also support Revere’s new-build property sales. Rachel, previously a senior sales negotiator at an Edinburgh estate agency, has many years’ experience in property sales.

The firm, which was founded in 2021, also recently won the gold award for best property agent in Scotland, in the British Property Awards. The awards process includes an assessment of estate agents against 25 criteria.
