Northwood Edinburgh shortlisted for award

Estate agency and property-management company, Northwood Edinburgh, has been shortlisted in The Negotiator magazine’s inaugural customer-service awards. 

The firm is one of 20 companies in the running for the award in the Scottish regional category.         

Northwood Edinburgh launched in Stockbridge in 2003 and now has a team of 14. It opened a second office, in Leith, earlier this year.    

Commenting on the nomination, director Lewis Mallen said: “We’re incredibly proud to be

shortlisted for this award, which is based on customer reviews across several platforms.

“This recognition highlights the dedication of our team, who work tirelessly to deliver exceptional service.

“Receiving direct feedback from our clients is particularly meaningful, as their satisfaction is central to everything we do. We focus on building lasting relationships and ensuring a seamless experience for both landlords and tenants.”

The 2024 finalists and winners in all of the Negotiator award categories  will be announced on 29 November, by the awards’ host, comedian and actor, Ellie Taylor, at a dinner at the Grosvenor House Hotel, on Park Lane, London.
