Hey Palu shortlisted for award

Edinburgh cocktail bar, Hey Palu has been revealed as a cocktail bar of the year finalist in the 2024 SLTN Awards, which focus on excellence across the hospitality sector.

Hey Palu opened in September 2019, since when it has attracted a number of awards and accolades, including SLTN cocktail bar of the year, in 2022.

Reflecting on Hey Palu’s strengths, owner, Alex Palumbo says: “We excel at customer service, delicious drinks and a fun time”.   

The cocktail menu is extensive, with something for every season. As we edge further into autumn and winter, Alex has picked out his favourites:

“You can't beat a Negroni any time of the year. Alternatively, our Nutella Old Fashioned is the perfect drink for the darker months when you want to feel cosy,” he suggests. 

The SLTN Awards were launched in 1996. This year’s winners will be announced at the awards ceremony on 7 November, at The Hilton, Glasgow.
