Follow the yellow brick road

Six by Nico launches a new six-course tasting menu, with a different theme, every six weeks.  When the current Hollywood-inspired version comes to an end on 3 November, the next one focuses on a specific movie. 

This time, Six by Nico is taking its inspiration from an iconic film: The Wizard of Oz. The new ‘Land of Oz experience’, where every dish “leads you closer to the Emerald City”, is available from 4 November to 15 December.

The courses include ‘the deadly poppy field’ (blackened miso coal fish, coal emulsion, red-pepper ketchup, kohlrabi and tarragon) and the destination, the Emerald City dessert, combines apple cremeux, honey mousseline, yoghurt sorbet and lemon gel. A vegetarian menu is also available.

It costs £44 per person and for a wine pairing, add £33.
