What services do you offer, where do you offer them and who do you offer them to? I offer a range of virtual services worldwide, from my base in Stockbridge, Edinburgh. My clients include small businesses, busy professionals and anyone else in need of support with administrative tasks, marketing or customer service. While I am located in Scotland, I am able to assist globally. Currently I have clients in the US, England, Scotland and Ireland.
A few examples of projects you’ve completed recently: I helped promote a couple of performers at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. Some of my current work includes managing social-media campaigns for a small PR firm; customer service for a school club; and email and diary management for a small business.
Who is your dream client and why? My dream client is a small-to-medium-sized business in the creative sector, especially in the arts and entertainment industries. There’s something special about helping creative professionals build their brand and connect with their audience. I love making their lives easier so they can focus on what they do best − entertaining and inspiring others.
Your top tip for business success: Stay adaptable and always keep learning. The business world changes quickly, so being flexible and open to new ideas is crucial. And remember, strong relationships are everything.
Your favourite Edinburgh restaurant and dish on their menu? My favourite spot in Edinburgh is Smith & Gertrude in Stockbridge for their wine and cheese − it’s the perfect treat when I get the chance. And when I’m out with my toddler, an ice cream from Joelato is a must.
Your favourite drink and where do you like to drink it? I enjoy a dirty martini at Sip & Bark, accompanied by my two dogs.
Where will we find you at the weekend and why? On the weekends, you’ll find me exploring Edinburgh or the beautiful countryside around the city with my family. We also love walking our dogs around Inverleith Park.
